How it all works

We have an open referral system so anyone can contact us and ask for our help. Our Care Manager will come to your home to discuss your needs before starting a service with you. Subject to meeting the criteria set by Essex County Council (ECC) we may be able to start a service at no cost to yourselves. In the meantime as an unpaid carer you are entitled to apply for Direct Payments from ECC to cover the costs of our services. ECC will carry out an assessment of your needs to determine whether you are entitled to direct payments thereafter. However if you wish, you can also pay for our services privately.
